Well i am hispanic, 15 1/2 years old im 5'3 and weigh 112 pounds wat is my averge weight suppose to be? i want to start loosing weight for summer like maybe 5 -8 pounds, so can any1 please give me diet and excercise tips? i have a flat stomach but i want to get the lines that p!nk has in her pelvis and stomach.. does any1 noe wat excercise helps?

you're weight sounds fine as you are. but if you want to tone up ur Abs start doing some crunches (sit ups)

I think your weight sounds fine. To get those toned lower abs like Pink I suggest a pilates workout. It really works your lower abs and obliques!

You should not diet until you are fully grown (about 20 or so) or you risk stunting growth and muscle development.
Eat healthier and exercise more if you want to be fitter.

your weight sounds about right you just need to turn it into muscel start doing sit up on a daily basis and eat a lot of protein beans fish

Your average weight would probly be around 105 or so. I can't tell you for sure, but i'm 5'1 and my average weight is around 97-102.

I guess it is just diet and exercise...don't over do it though!
