Yes I agree with you!! There are no winners in War, Never was never will be!!! The only thing this has accomplished is the haves and have-mores are Happy along with the special interests and defense contractors!!!!

Militarily we did an excellent job invading Iraq. The problem was we didn't have enough troops to seal the borders and disarm the 4th largest army in the world. We just let them keep their weapons. WWII we disarmed the Germans and put a lot of them in camps, sometimes for many years, until the government could be established. Ten percent of the American population was in the military at that time. You can't conduct a war on the cheap.

There wasn't even a good reason to invade Iraq.

I think we should have gone in right after the Gulf War...that would have been a "good" way to invade Iraq... the Iraqi's wanted us to invade and we failed them!
