My little brother is complainging of horrible stomache pains and naustiousness(sp?) A little girl in our town has recently died complaining of bad stomache pain-unknow cause of death.
My brother points to the spot where his appendix is and says it really hurts. It hurts him so bad he can't walk.
But he has no fever or anything. Can it be his appendix without a fever? What are symptoms?

URGENT ATTENTION!

Fever is not a symptom in all cases of appendicitis. Low temp can mean low resistance to an infection. Don't let him walk around the appendix may rupture. He should show guarding if you gently press on lower right side and release suddenly. Call an ambulance if this is so.
Do not give him any pain killers it is essential that he be taken to care immediately by the fastest means.Pain killers mask the symptoms and a doctor will want his to demonstrate the symptoms so that a correct approach to treatment can be made!

Take him to the ER right away if the pain has not subsided at all by now. If he is in so much pain that he can't walk he needs medical attention right away. Be carefully about pushing around on him tummy in case his appendix (or something else) is inflamed. You don't want to rupture it.

It can be the appendix without a fever. It could be a bowel obstruction or perforation or any number of things. Get him to the hospital right away. Better safe than sorry

Typically pain in the lower right quandrant of the abdomen is the major symptom, however if he is experiencing sever pain it could be something else going on even if it is not appendicitis, and he should be evaluated by a doctor immediately. In the case of appendicitis the sooner it is treated the better.
