his eyes........and no looks are not all that matter well to me anyhow....i like to see how they are with their friends before i think about talking to them

The first thing that I notice about a guy are his eyes, at first look yes looks do matter but after I get to know a guy I decide if I like their personality or not, if a guy is a complete A** whole There is no way I would want anything to do with him. If guys come talk to me first looks don't matter at all if I like the personality. Good luck finding someone who's right for you.

Well, to some looks are the only thing that matter. Especially if you're a popular brat. But girls that would actually be nice gf's, well, they look for whether or not you tease her or other girls. Then she'll want to know how affectionate you are. Then what you have in common. And last but not least whether or not you like them.

I notice the eyes first, but they have to have a good personality. If they have a bad personality, then it isn't going to matter if he is the hottest guy around, he still wouldn't be attractive.

GROOMING!
you simply cannot be too well groomed, or clean. The cost of your clothes is not important, but women look at the care you take with your clothes----are they color coordinated? clean? trendy? do they flatter your body? Or, are they just what you blindly picked out to throw on?
A great looking guy (and what, exactly is that---a guy really cannot judge how women assess men's looks, so don't bother) can wreck his cute image by crappy clothes, bad grooming,or a angry, sullen attitude.
Handsome is as handsome does.

i notice his smile and/or heighth. no, looks aren't all that matters. the last 2 or so guys that i've dated haven't been all that great looking, but they had AMAZING personalities! thats what matters to me. i mean its important to have a physical attachment, but its not all that should matter or be a deciding factor.

Um general overall impression of the entire person... mostly is he well groomed, neat, polite, intelligent... physically, i first notice eyes i think

I look at his eyes, listen to his voice read his body language, and look at his friends, because you need to know where his values are how does he treat his family, what is of importance to him.
