i'm not really into the whole 'relationship' thing when it comes to guys...thats why i've never had a boyfriend before...whenever someone asks me out i usually say no...because its just too much work...well...this guy...who i thought of as 'just friends' gave me flowers and a teddybear...and then asked me out...i would have felt soooo bad if i had said no...how do i casually end this relationship...so we can stay 'just friends.' I REALLY NEED HELP....the relationship thing is not for me....

shouldn't have said yes in the first place, it's gonna hurt him a lot more and confuse him.... i know, from experience, that it sucks to ask a girl out and she says yes and then a couple weeks later ends it. if i were you i would just give him a chance, let him convince you that not all relationships are as dramatic as they seem....

Since your only 13, will your parents even let you have a boyfriend yet? They might have rules about it, you should ask them how old you have to be to date. Then either get up the courage to tell the guy, or wait like 2 weeks to see if they stay together. I would say telling him right away is the best way so they dont get way attatched to each other. Chances are, when your friend moves they will break up cuz they wont ever see each other. Next time, dont wait so long to talk to the guy or it will happen again. And dont worry about not having been asked out a lot, your just old enough to start liking guys, it will happen!

Tell him exactly what you said on here. If he is a friend he should have noticed that you don't usually date people. Tell him that you really care for him and that you would have felt bad telling him no but that you don't dig the whole relationship thing.

just tell him what you've told us. He sounds like he respects you. So I think he will understand if you want to be friends. Let him know you are not ready for a committed relationship for now. Also mention he is a great guy and you will be his friend, if he would allows it. Don't start something you not real for. Be careful!

im actually going through the same.... all i can tell u is tell him u were better off at just friends... that u dont want to stop being friends but that u r not ready or u just cant be in a relationship at the moment.....

Do him a favor and tell him the truth. If you don't, you're leading him on and sooner or later it will end anyway, just worse. Nobody likes being let down, but the longer you wait the more trouble it will be!

Just explain that he's really important to you, and you care for him alot, but that you just don't want a relationship at this time. Maybe one day you'll change your mind, but for now, you value his friendship.
