find a good facial scrub that u must use daily night time n morining along with a good facial wash, and mosituriser. if u use that morning and night u will see good results....a recommended type would be aloe veria facial scrub face wash n cream, or coco butter. (the cocbutter replemishes the moisture in ur skin and smooths n soothes the ichyness it also brightens your skin.) also what i recommend is to change you eating pattern. try and eat alot more vegtables, and drink plenty of water. your skin might need more hydration. water can also liven up your skin as well.

Go to a health shop and ask for an aloe vera or cocobutter face wash, scrub, and moisturier, at least it will be fresh and natural which is much better for your skin. results will show in the space of 3-4 weeks if used constantly.

Make sure you get enough sleep because that contributes to dark circles under the eyes. Make sure you use a sensitive skin cream on your skin to get rid of the roughness and that will also take away the itchiness.

That used to happen to me during the Spring when we were tending our garden. Something about handling the earth had a terrible effect on my skin. I wear gloves to garden with lately. Try using an oil based moisturizer such as Neutrogena Hand Creme. It is petroleum based and softens and soothes the skin. Dryness is what contributes to the itchiness.

Exfoliate. When you exfoliate you scrub away dry dead skin that leaves you looking dull......don't know about the dark coloring but when you have rough skin, especially on your feet you can buy a pumice stone and slough away the dead rough skin. Buy a scrub and try it out. Don't scrub too hard. Hope you find this helpful!

How long have you been having this?

Do you know what is the cause? Like you ate something or you come into contact with dust mites or use certain products etc?

It is important to identify the triggers to your skin condition. Then you would know what to do.

Have you ever heard of moisturizing lotion? This should be common sense.

And I'm not talking about the cheap **** lotion that contains mineral oil and seems to flood most of the market. Mineral Oil is a petroleum derivative. It suffocates your skin and causes blemishes. Get a good quality lotion that contains lipids, plant oils, and gels
