Probably none, unless you are trying to starve yourself. But even then your body weight will still fluctuate, so that is not a good idea at all. The best thing to do is eat a balanced diet of vegetables, grains, meats, proterins AND exercise. Then you will not only be healthy, you will also lose weight by exercising.

Eat a small amount of fruit as well, an avocado & an orange, as well as a serve of beans and one of peas, and a serve of either: broccoli, spinach, silverbeet, cabbage, or cauliflower and either: carrot, pumpkin or yams (sweet potato). If you don't have avocado, use 1 teaspoon of olive oil (a small amount is necessary to keep you healthy). Start your exercise out slow, and gradually increase it. A serve is half a cup (125 grams; 4 oz.) or two heaped tablespoons. Drink at least a glass (250 ml) of skim milk and plenty of water; nibble celery or carrot sticks: you should lose weight healthily.

usually a lot your first week, like 10 pounds, but its all water weight and you didn't burn that much fat. after that, you'll probably lose like 2-3 pounds per week. that's how my results were when I started a similar work out plan.

You don't sound like you need to lose any more weight.
Be careful there. You wouldn't want to become an anorexic.
