David - Why do you have this cruel idea. They are also human being and they also have discomforts. It is not advisable to not have sex when on her periods. If it is uncontrollable, the men can have with sex on a WALL.
Also at anytime you want to have sex man should have permission and co-operation from the girl. Request can be made for having sex but no one should be a rapist. -

Well I am a female so no I wouldn't, but I won't have sex when I am on my period that's nasty and very messy. Don't do it man.
