I've never been to one myself, but when I see the kids getting ready for one they always look like they're dressed up for the prom. Something about that level would be appropriate I think. Nice fancy dress, up-do hair, the whole 9 yards.

Most Quinceaneras require a gown similar to one worn at a formal ball. This is a very special time in a young girls life and she is to be honored with the best of attire.
If you are unsure about what they are wearing at her party then I would suggest calling the girl's mother and asking her what is being worn.
Good luck and have lots of fun it is a joyous occasion for all young girls who have one.

I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure that if you're doing it the traditional way it's only the girl that the party's for who wears the white dress. But I don't know if they always follow that rule anymore...I'd ask the hostess how formal it is.

Formal. A cute top and a skirt will do. Hairupdo if u knok how. try to stya away from jeans. Have fun!

a knee lenght dress that's not to "flashy"..but make sure to get ur hair done and all that !
