Hey, I know exactly what you're talking about! it's called hyperhidrosis and i have it too! There's no cure for it, but there is a treatment, and it's called Maxim. You can get it at www.coradhealthcare.com it might seem really expensive at first but think about it this way- it's only $20 to get all your self-confidence back! The website says that a bottle lasts 2-3 months but my first bottle lasted about 9 months. i have been sweat puddle free for about 1 1/2 years!
good-luck, hope i helped!

You don't say how old you are Mimi, but when I was a teenager and in my twenties, I would sweat so badly it would embarrass me. And I would sweat all over; my neck, my arms, my back, my stomach, blech! But as I grew older and I guess my hormones caught up to myself, that problem is (thankfully) a thing of the past. So if you're still young, hang in there! Or if your very concerned, you could see a doctor. Good luck!

I once heard that bad nerves can cause excessive sweating. Now, I'm unsure if that's true but it may be good to have that checked out by your doctor.

if you sweat when you're not exercising...you may have a medical condition...the best anti-persperant I've used is Mitchem.
Put it on your forehead to keep the sweat from your eyes...it'll last two days under your arms......spray on groin area to minimize j.itch etc.
