TreSemme vs. SunSilk?
Or Head and Shoulders? (Only problem is H&S is 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner.. I've been using it for a while and I love it but it's time for something new)
Any other ideas? Experience please! I'm not only interested in which is better for dry/damaged hair or hair in general... but which one smells better too. Thanx!

I have dry/damaged processed curly hair, by the way. I want my curls to spring back to life too.. and I use heat on my hair often too.

I think Tresemme is really good stuff. I also like the Pantene line. I recommend taking a thick conditioner and after washing, try to squeeze out most of the water than apply conditioner...leave it in and put a plastic shower cap over your head or a plastic bag (be sure you can BREATHE!). Let it sit on your head for at least 10 mins, the nautral heat from you head will help absorbe the moisturizer into your hair to help with dry/damage problem. I've been coloring and using a hair dryer for over 10 years and I still get compliments on how healthy my hair looks. (I do this about once a week on the weekends when I have a bit more time)

Garnier and Pantene Pro-V ice shine are the two best shampoos to buy that are non-salon... TreSemme feels cheap... and i have no experience with SunSilk shampoo although i use SunSilk volumizing creme... The volumizing creme works quite well.. so... it's whatever look you want.. All i can say is try these out... I've been using Pantene for quite a while and i get compliments on my hair a lot.. :)

i've used all the shampoo and conditioners from like walmart but the best you an possibly buy is from a salon...now i know its expensive but...i've used Redken for 6 months now and i will never use another drug store product. my hair was so terribly damaged and after a month of using a salon only product my hair was like i cut it all off and let it grow back it's so healthy and shiny and smells so good. and there are so many types and brands to choose from and all of them smell so good
