How can you tell if a guy is starting to have feelings for you and has changed his mind about telling you he hasnt
I think he has but id like your in put on what you do to get females attention etc

oh and for the last 2 weeks we have stayed up chatting till 4 and 5 in the morning on line xx and calls me baby all of a sudden

Guys usually look at the girl they like. Usually if he asks to hang out with you or if he starts conversations with you a lot, then he likes you.
The best way to find out if he likes you would be to stare at him in the eyes, make eye contact and wait for a responce. If he smiles and looks away quickly, then he likes you but is embarrassed to let you know. If he looks at you, doesn't smile and looks away, then he probably doesn't like you. If he looks at you and smiles and holds it without breaking eye contact, then he probably really likes you.

If he told you he didn't have feelings for you, then take him at his word. It's up to him to make the first move if he's changed his mind.
Remember that social interaction is a two-way thing and what you say and do is having an effect on him just as he is on you. Over-analysing his every look and word for "signs" that he is in love with you is going to make your meetings/conversations stilted and uncomfortable. And definitely don't make things awkward by trying to have a "relationship talk"! You could ruin a friendship.
Is this a purely online relationship? If so, don't get your hopes up. You might be reading too much into casual chat-speak, and never forget that you don't know what he's saying to other people. You might be girl #12 on a list of 20. I'm not saying that with the intention of upsetting you, just that I'd hate to see you wasting your time on someone who is just enjoying the company but has no wish to have any sort of an actual relationship. People like that are life-stealers - you could be out doing other things! - and what's worse is that they often have no idea that they're doing it.

Boys eh! They say us women are hard to figure out! I think he likes you and is just shy or hedging his bets moer likely in case you don't feel the same way, the male ego is a very fragile thing. Just come on a little bit stronger and I think you'll be in there. Good luck
