im not sure if this will work for everyone but on friday i tried this and sweet jees it was awesome ok i weight myself on a digital scale at the begining of my workout and it said 114,4 then this is wat i did i jumped rope for 60sec then did weights for about 1 min
and a half no rest then jumped rope for 60sec did weights for about 1 min then jumped rope for 60sec did weights for about 2 min then
then just kept going like that for a while about an hour (took break on the half hour) SURE I GOT TIRED BUT AT THE END OF MY WORKOUT THE DIGITAL SCALE SAID 113,6
any comments or do you do this in your own workout

your weight fluctuates during the day. You have not really lost weight here, ok

Doesn't matter what you do, if you don't replace the fluids you sweated out, you will weigh less at the end of a workout, whatever it is.

I'm a pound or two lighter at the end of my 4 mile run than when I set out, but then I'll have a couple bottles of water and a shower, and I'm back where I was.

It's just water weight.
