This might be a stupid question to all of you but I would really like to know the answer. I am 14 and have never had a boyfriend. I do have a lot of crushes but I don't feel ready to date yet. I am just scared that people will start calling me a lesbian because I have never had a boyfriend before but I am NOT a lesbian cuz I like guys! What do you think?

oh my.. i'm 17 and Still have not had a boyfriend. that is completely normal. you aren't even in High School yet.. where the real dating and relationships take place.. not just crushes and puppy love. you don't even know what a real boyfriend is yet. no no one will think you are a lesbian.. you obviously like guys and all you should have right now is crushes anyways.. because any of your friends who Do have boyfriends right now i can guarantee you will realize when you are older and more mature that they were not Really boyfriends or real love or anything. just give it time. you will date when the time is right and you find the right guy... when you DO feel ready to date!!

If someone thinks your a lesbian because you're only 14 and have never had a boyfriend then they need to be hit with reality! It's ok that you haven't... completely ok! I hadn't really had a boyfriend either when i was your ege. We had our little elementary school bfs that you never talked to our touched our anything. It wasn't untill grade 11 and i dated 2 guys for a total of 2 weeks (seperately of course! haha). I'm 19 now and have been with my boyfriend for a year and a half and i'm soo happy with him, i'm sure we'll get married because he's perfect for me.
You know what? I think some of us girls are just wired to not settle for anything but the best for us and you might just be one of them!!! Don't worry too much k? =)

Nobody will look at you as a lesbian, there is A LOT of girls out there who has never had a boyfriend.

dont worry about it...your still young and the fact that you havent had a boyfrined doesnt mean your a lesbian. i got with my first boyfriend at the age of sixteen, about a month later a girl who hated me said i was a lesbian because he was my first boyfriend...i absolutely hate her and if i could i'd punch her straight out...THATS MY GOAL BEFORE I FINISH HIGH SCHOOL anyway, it got me really mad that she said that but then that same week her one year boyfriend broke up with her!! it was so funny! but yeah, dont worry about it, your still young and youre not a lesbian, you'll be ready to date soon =]

Dont worry about those people. You will be the smart one that doesnt get knocked up too early in life. Your right your not ready to date and thats alls you need to go by.

Don't worry about people calling u that. I never got my first bf til i was 15. If they call u that than they've got some real issues if there really paying that close of attention to what ur doing with ur life lol hope this helped

Don't worry about what other people think. You can't live your life based on what people might be thinking.
Don't date until you are ready. Focus on your studies. Get good grades and go to college.

I think you are way to young to even be worried about this. You have a lot of time to get a boy friend when you are ready. Enjoy being a teen!

Who cares what people think. Just because you don't have a bf doesn't mean your alesbian. So don't worry, ask a guy if you haven't gone out with a girl are you gay? She it works both ways so don't worry and your just been carefull about having a bf. And who cares what people say anyway.

dont mind the idiots they dont know nothing. if you are not ready then dont let their comment push you into doing it.by not having a boyfriend does not make you a lesbian. alot of girls your age dont have boyfriends, i was like you. but i just ignore the fools.
