Here's an even more fun point on that one. What if all that you percieve is a universe in which you are the center, and there is nothing beyond what you can percieve, and eventually because you are a creation, you will be uncreated, or worse yet your a play thing, and will get tossed aside and have to live and watch.

We don't know...in fact, our version of reality could be completely short-sighted...in the text of larger realms...we could be a figment as you proposed, a small leach on an atom we call earth...who knows...with the Universe as infinite, we truly are small and also pretty egotistical to believe we are so 'special'....imo

actually i believe as most do that i am a spirit trapped within flesh and when i die i will ascend to a higher plane of existence. if i do i would use god like powers to intervene on global catastrophes without anyone realising my presence.
