Yes, if you are attempting to get a license in another state,you will be asked about the license in the current state,it's status,any alcohol infractions. If you are suspended in one state, you cannot get a license in any other state,without receiving a clearance letter from the former state. Any and all fines would have to be paid up,proof of insurance. If anything is on your record,it carries with you from state to state. Good luck!
