That is easy--but depends on how wild you want to get. What you have is a P7100 Bosch in-line pump. The cheapest is to time the pump at 15 degrees before TDC. adjust the star wheel on the air fuel control to give throttle response with little or no boost. Shim or knock the ball further is so that the fuel return check ball doesn't allow return fuel until 28 psi. From there you can have a "slider kit"/ cam plate kit or a larger lift cam in the fuel pump. Then you can also have the injectors reworked, Different turbo or dual inlet from Banks--or even dual turbos. Nos, propane, or alcohol injection--or just add all three. Also setting the waste-gate to open at a higher pressure helps too.
Everyone that has ever opened the hood knows that the engines didn't become computerized with the VP44 fuel pump until the 1998.5 model.
*****unlike the rotary fuel pump there is no screw to increase fuel pressure in the back of it.The quickest way to increase horsepower by 75 hp or more is to have the injectors reworked. A long with the changes to the air fuel control (large hex plug, towards the rear of the fuel pump) star wheel and spring, that you remove spring pressure off with by turning the wheel with a screw driver--but need to keep some tension on so it doesn't unscrew. By simple modifications 150--200 hp can be easily found.

Agreeing with everything that Red repair, but if you turn up the fuel, your going to want to do everything to let it breath NOS, Turbos and Banks intake do all of those, not just one.
(Don't forget ARP Headstuds and 0-ringed headgasket to hold of the boost)
Port and Polish does wonders too, your gonna watch what cam you run because you can end up with heartache if you don't. Try to run multiple pryro meters if you can because the rear of the engine likes to get real hot, alot faster than the front, and when this happens your engine is losing alot of power and effincieny and might start running into reliability issues. Getting 1 and 6 cyinders the same temp is something to shoot for after you get the fuel turned up. Although most find it impossible with the fuel on full bore.

What do you mean by "up"?
The pressure in the injectors is constant, so the only way to put more fuel into the engine is to reprogram the control computer to hold the injectors open for a longer period of time. You are going to want to be VERY cautious doing this, because if you set it for too long you take the chance of having combustion take place while the injector is still open, which can completely wreck your fuel system.
