How come they say they can't handle the...?

When a guy have sex with his true love, the other people say they wouldn't be able to handle the emotions. What do they mean by that? What exactly are they talking about?

it means that the emotions they feel are wonderful. imagine the guy u love kissing u-how would that make u feel just imagining it? now imagine how u would feel when it happend. the way u feel would just be stronger that's what they mean by that.
