I have always been a big workout fan but lately I started doing a new ab workout. For the last two months I have had really defined muscles where (in a 6 pack) packs 1-4 would be. So I have a four pack but it just keeps getting more and more defined.

The problem is is that while the top four get more defined I still seem to have a pooch and a problem with love handles/back love handles.

Why isn't this working with all 6 "packs" and how do I fix it?

Concentrate more on movements that require you to pull your knees upward, that is what works your lower abdominals. For your hate handles(nobody loves those do they?) you must raise your lower body to the side, and twisting also helps.
Watch your diet, and cardio work also.
