I have always been a big workout fan but lately I started doing a new ab workout. For the last two months I have had really defined muscles where (in a 6 pack) packs 1-4 would be. So I have a four pack but it just keeps getting more and more defined.
The problem is is that while the top four get more defined I still seem to have a pooch and a problem with love handles/back love handles.
Why isn't this working with all 6 "packs" and how do I fix it?
