Ok... so I just kind of found out my boyfriend is sadly very inexperienced in the whole gettin down protion of our relationship. I'm his first girlfriend in 2 years and he claims he's "out of practice", how can I help him out with out insulting his manhood?

Well you should take it slow to build his confiedence....but let him lead also...you will have to be the one to be patient about things...and make sure he feel comfortable with everthing too..... Maybe you can ask him what he enjoys? massages are nice... work up to that first to see where it takes you...good luck!

Take it slow it will take some time to figure some of these things out or just have a good discussion to him about it. communicating is the best way

Teach him some things, But do it in a way that makes it sexy, so he likes it, learns something, and his man hood is not insulted, show him and teach him what you like and how you like it, and if he does it right make sure to "let him know" he's doing it right.

I think he already knows he isn't good.
While you're having sex, be sure to tell him what you like in a positive way. If you like something, tell him. If you don't like something, show or ask him to do it in another way without insulting him.

Encourage him by moaning or saying how good it feels when he does what you like...he'll eventually only do the things that make you moan.
