i am male and have been asked out a couple of times by woman and have felt good about being asked, why do women think its a up to a man to ask the woman out, both times i was,nt looking at the woman in questions but was pleased when they made the first move. and would woman feel brave enough to ask out a man.

Its not wrong at all for a woman to ask a guy out. I am an example of a woman who is old fashioned and believes in guys asking women but if I was to ever have accurate suspicion of a guy liking me enough to go on a date with me then I would take that opportunity.

I think it happens more often today then it used to. However, we still live in a society that dictacts traditional values where the man does the asking and the woman does the attracting. I do not think it is wrong for a girl to ask a guy out. But it is not usually the norm...

I have to say it takes some of the game away from the dating process when a girl asks me out. I have been known to turn down smoking hot girls just because they asked me out. I mean, it's like I put on my hunting clothes, equip my gun, open my front door and there's a deer tied up in front of my doorstep. That's not a challenge at all. I want to feel like I won something. Like she's my prize for stepping outside of my comfort zone and giving it a shot.
There's nothing wrong with it though. Now that I've matured more, I kinda wish girls would ask me out sometimes. If nothing else, it'd give me some more confidence to ask someone else out haha.

Uh, no, it's not wrong.
Even in this day and age, we're still raising our daughters to believe in the faity tale that some prince is going to come along and take care of them. We teach our girls to play games and manipulate, and we don't teach our boys the same games. It's a rare find, a woman who wasn't raised to play the manipulation game, who has the self-confidence and directness to ask for what she wants rather than to try to find a way to manipulate a man into providing it.

No, there's nothing wrong with a woman to ask a man out for a date. Some men are shy to ask for dates, so their girlfriends would ask them for hangouts and it happens anyway!

Women have equal rights these days and they worked hard to get them. Us men don;t need this to be a "catch 22." I think women need to step up to the plate on this issue and start asking more men out.
I love it when women have the courage to ask me out. I find the confidence extremely attractive.

In most cases the woman makes the first move in a relationship. might give a sign or a symbol of affection to pull the man in giving him the go ahead. subtle is the key.
