I have read that you should feed your finches fruits and veggies and eggs, do you feed them all three things everyday or 1 of each thing on different days? And what kind of fruits and veggies do they prefer?

i have had finchs a long time. when they had babies i gave them egg yolk cooked mixed with seed and made the portions more seed as they got older. the parents feed them from these portions... i havent given my finchs veggies, my parakeet..yes.. fresh each day.. like any veggies you want to keep it clean and new pieces..daily, but be careful they can get diaharra from to much..get a good bird book for references, i love mine...

You can buy cut up veggies but fresh would be better for them. Leaf veggies like lettuce and kale are usually enjoyed. They don't need very much since they're mostly seed eaters. If you have the time a little bit every day in a dish would be good, don't leave fresh food in the cage for long. If they haven't eaten it in an hour, I'd throw it out.

All of these things are sold at Petsupplys plus,Petco etc. They are sold in little cans- around 3 bucks each. All of the people there are very willing to explain how to use these good things. What kind of finches do you have?Have you any babies yet? My one finch is 7 and is so sweet.I have a zebra male also. They LOVE millet branches too!

Yes veges is the amin corn celery, spinage, sweet potoato, pinkin, cucumbin, chillis... The list can go on..
