It' good to reassure him that you love him, but first, get to know him better. Make sure that he really cares for you. A week is not neough for him to show you real affection. Maybe he could be infatuated with you. Who knows? Still, continue dtaing him and see what happens. Just don't jump the gun just yet.

well... i don't know, it really depends on the people involved in the relationship. I've known my current boyfriend for 3 years, but we've only been dating two months- and we still don't say "i love you" because we're not into getting too serious too quickly. You have to think about how you feel and it can get pretty complicated. Just ask yourself why you like him, or love him... and if the reasons seem good enough, then well... you'll know! It's important to remember that most relationships are based on lust at the start- not love... and it can seem a lot like love... it's all very confusing stuff... but all part of being human.

You will know when it is the right. You will feel it. Being in love I mean. It will come naturally, then you won't mind saying it. Most of the time in the begining it is infactuation, not love. But then sometimes later it turns into real love. Just give it time. You will know.

It's entirely too soon to know if you love each other. I'm thinking this guy is way too insecure. Is he afraid of being alone? And what about you? Why do you encourage him if your feelings are ambivalent?
Please take a long look at what's really happening before you are in way over your head.
You should never say "I love you" if you aren't sure.

teenage boys are simple. If their heart skips a beat they are automatically in love. Dont get me wrong, he really does believe that he loves you. Teen relationships rarley ever last and You shouldnt feel that you are obligated to say those three words unless you really feel or mean it. Learn to be honest with yourself now in realationship matters and later in life, you will have less trouble. Good luck.

When you spent enough quality time in your heart and you know what you are feeling is true. What you want out of the relationship is key homebody or party animal look at the interests.

let the relationship grow before you say love. I think love is thrown around too easily just let it pan out. Don't say it if u don't mean it
