What is the differances between a cancer lump (tumor) and a cycts?

I'm assuming you're asking about how they feel. Cancer lumps in the breast (also assuming you're talking about breast lumps), in general, are more firm and discrete than cysts. They may feel like a marble in the breast, whereas cysts are less distinct. Cysts are usually found in both breasts whereas cancer lumps are usually just in one breast. They are very difficult to tell apart however, so a mammogram with ultrasound, or an MRI, or the 2 and a biopsy, is required to figure out which is which.

a cyst isnt cancerous its usually filled with fluid that can be drained off a cancerous lumphas to be cut off or zapped with radiation
