Don't put anything on your skin while using the sauna.

By putting any oils or lotions on your skin, it keeps your pores from opening to allow you to sweat while in the sauna. You will become dehydrated along with any other health problems that will arise from using or putting things on your skin.

After you have finished using the sauna and showered to allow your body to cool down to normal, you can use lotion on your skin to keep it soft, but please dont use anything on your skin while using the sauna...it is very dangerouse to your health.

Hope this helps :-)

You really don't need anything. Try lotion which will keep you from sweating to much
