once you downloaded the font, extract it and copy the font files and go to the control panel and go to fonts and just paste it there

Download the Font file on your PC , either to your Desktop or a Temp directory. Then highlight the file and select copy, next open your " MY Computer" then "C:\" and next the Windows directory. Finally open the "Font" folder and paste the file to here. This should then be accessable in Word when you next open it.

There's fonts in your toolbar all ready.Standard is times roman just click on the arrow to the right.Hope this is what you meant.

One you install it in widows it is available to all applications.
