Yes and if you really want to put them back on the right track get into their pocket book .. once they see their pay check short then they straighten out real quick.. If that doesn't work then you chapter them out of the service .. this could be any thing from a can't adjust to military life to a dishonorable discharge.. with out cohesion in the ranks our military it would fall apart.. Solder now a days are professionals and want to be in the service this makes a world of difference in the military
