It means you should go to the derma-doc and have it excised. Doc will decide whether or not it needs further analysis.

Without looking at it... no one can answer.
Any recently developed mole should be seen by a dermatologist. If its turns out to be cancerous (and one that is spotty could be... but thats not necessarilly what it is) the sooner it is removed the better.

it means you better go get it checked out, a dermatologist can freeze it off pretty painlessly...
