My step-dad was raised on a farm in eastern Europe and he said that the marijuana plant grew wild in the fields, a typical weed. A cow never ate it unless it was sick. But the cows didn't eat it just to get stoned. He always claimed that animals were smarter than people in some ways.

I have wondered about this myself.I'm about to get into trouble here, but it does have certain qualities, such as getting rid of stomach aches, and various other aches and pains. My problem with it is that it is illegal, and we are told to obey the laws of the land we live in and also I was prone to smoke too much to the point that I was basically useless. It is more profitable to stay away from it.sorry, not really a good answer.

I don't know, but I want to know why we have THC receptors in our brains that serve no other function as well. The same goes for opiates. Isn't it odd that they are illegal? Alcohol simply poisons you, no miracle there!
