A man weighing 180 lbs
carrying 3 bowling balls weighing 10 lbs. each

Doesn't that mean the weights already accounted for?

And he can just cross?

The man only ways 150 pounds and is carrying 30 lbs of bowling balls so he could walk across.

He could Roll the 1 bowling ball across the bridge.

You forgot to mention that the man was a juggler. He juggles the balls across the bridge. So, at any given moment, no more than his weight plus the weight of two balls is on the bridge. Voila! He crosses without a scratch to either himself or any of the bowling balls.

LOL!!!! I FINALLY GOT IT!!!!
The man weighs 180 pounds WITH the bowling balls. The bowling balls weigh 30 pounds, and the man himself weighs only 150. He can just walk across the bridge.

PS, Nice Question.

Juggle the bowling balls. No more than two in the hands at any time.

is it possible to juggle with three 10lb bowling balls? if so then his actually weight would never break the bridge as at least one ball would always be in the air so he would never top 200lbs
