It doesnt matter if my hair gets dry because it always has gel in it. I'm going to wait 48 hours and redo it. Thanks people!

Hi Brian,

According to the resource I found online, you shouldn't bleach it again right now. I think it's unlikely to fall out, but it could damage it quite a bit causing it to break.

"Avoid overlapping bleach to previously bleached hair. Repeated bleaching may leave very weak, brittle strands which have virtually no shine or moisture."

Here's that information, plus a great deal more on bleaching hair:

Hope that helps,

Dont rebleach it until after 3 months and make sure you condition it. Depending on how light it is, bleaching doesnt always make hair go whiteish blonde. You need an ash or platinum toner. This takes the yellowness out of your hair making them more whitish.

Crazy Color by renbow is quite good, I think its called white or platinum.
Koleston perfect, 12/1 used with 1.5% developer as a toner can wor great.
Go to Sally hair and beauty supply store for all the great products available, they can even give advice. Whatever you do be careful you might ruin your hair do a strand test first.

You are most welcome to contact me for further assistance on this at mon_greene@yahoo.com

Since you have decided to rebleach it, you might want to add higher volume developer like 30VOL, or add more powder to the mix. This can damage hair

Um, keep telling urself its not damaged.
Just bc u cant see/ feel it now, it IS..
All bleaching is is STRIPPING ur hair of the color u originally had, opening up hair, making it porous, weak and brittle. It burns (basically) the outer layer.
No bleaching it once or even twice consecutively might not kill it. But it will be dang near close.
Thats experience...I ve had pretty much every color..and (bad) bleaching experiences.
Go to a salon.
Then invest in ALOT of conditioner.

You can't bleach your hair without damaging it.

You have already damaged your hair, probably badly damaged from your result.

My advice is to seek professional assistance at a hair styling salon. Your home bleaching has failed... and you'll only make it worse.

you probably have gotten it as light as its gonna get. you need to get a toner now. go to the beauty supply store. you can bleach it again right now, but it will make your hair mushy probably and you will need heavy duty conditioning and repair. ive bleached my hair a few times in a row, and my hair has never fallen out, its just ruined it.
