I have noticed that people always sound a little different on the phone. Usually when a guy likes a girl, something gets harder not softer.

When a guy has feelings and confident around a women he tends to be more relaxed thus, the (sexy) change in his voice. Face to face, may be a different story....

Its not nessesarrily a sign that he likes you. If his voice does it for you, then ask him out. Maybe he does like you but there's no way to tell over the phone. He could be reading sports illustrated for all you know. Ask him out and go from there.

usually their voice changes because they dont want to sound stupid. if something like a joke happenens thts usually when his voice will get higher or regular. and if you guys keep talking his voice will most likley get to wut he talks like normaly, becuz he will get used to talking to you and get mor comfortable talking to you.
