I will share my grandma's recipe. we love it so much (and miss) her so much, that we posted in a web site back home. I need to translate.

1 can condensed milk
same amount of milk
4 eggs
about 1 kg of flour (until nice texture)
1 tbsp of baking powder
sugar and cinnamon for sprinkle
oil to fry

Blend all ingredients except the flour.
Pour in a bowl and add the flour slowly until nice texture.
roll and cut in pieces.
fry in hot oil
sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
