Bigger paychecks and reasons to get the important jobs with the ties so ya could screw up all the work the little guy does along with making it more dificult and inefficient..... If I owned a company, all of my top guys would come right off the floor or out of the trenches. I work in construction and if Planning companies along with engineers and architeks were all to have men of the trades working in the office, beleive me, productivity would boom.. But guess what.. Any trades men worth a spit wouldn't want the job.. so we will always be getting less for less. Sad is the only thing that comes to mind when I see how we are forced to build these days.....

On a personal level, you will be more knowledgable and this will boost your self confidence.

On a professional front, the advantages are immense:
1. It seperates you from the crowd with your additional degree
2. Its an indication of your determination to educate yourself to make a better fit for any job.
3. Some jobs require you to have a specific degree and this 'extra' education will open doors for new future.
4. You develop a vast network with people whom you study with and this can help you in your corporate career.
5. Needless to say, you get to meet some 'interesting' people in campus. Who knows this is what destiny has planned for you.
