Grey's are very dusty parrots. i have two Grey and I'm vacuuming all day long. i have noticed that it helps but doesn't get rid of the dust to bath them at least twice a week and mist them everyday or every other day. i would suggest if you don't have an air purifier to get one. it doesn't have to be the most expensive one on the market but make sure it is a hepa filter air purifier.

No its not normal It happens because the bird does not have access to regular bathing. Supply some sort of low level water bowl for it to flutter in and your problem will be reduced.

Birds do give off dust and you should give him bathes. Birds need bathes to be healthy and most birds love bathes.
