Like others before me said, yes they do. But was it from a store bought box? If so, there was really little or no alcohol in it - they usually use about 1/2 cup to make about 100 truffles. If they were homemade, it could be that the alcohol was used in the recipe but was "cooked out" but was left with the flavor. I'd be ticked if a child gave my child one of those - and how did that child get ahold of them? Anyway, there isn't enough alcohol in one to get one woozy or drunk. But it just isn't right all the same.

Look at the box. Unless it has an alcohol content listed on the label, it doesn't contain alcohol.
If it does contain alcohol, you can't buy it if you're underage.
So if you find it in the candy section and aren't asked for ID at the checkout, it doesn't contain any alcohol.

Sad to say, most varieties do. Some of the manufacturers don't realize that kids and teens are eating their sweets, and produce them for adults.
