First things first, are you doing the two together or do you use cocaine and your doctor put you on Prozac because of the after affect of your cocaine abuse? If so, it goes like this; William B and Tiffany have the right perception but only you know the side affect because only you can feel what you are going through, but me I feel pretty good and when the coke brings on the depression I take a Prozac and the affects make me feel good and I don't think about the cocaine. Please don't mix the two. It's not good and the effects are depression, anxiety, and last but not least procrastination. You'll never do anything about anything because you will have two working against the other. Don"t do dope or the dope will do you.

Hello Juliemill. I would not recommend taking Prozac and Cocaine together. Prozac work on the brain neurotrasmiters, usually drugs also work on them. So you will have your brain over awake. It is not good. Be careful because I think you could die. Argentox2@yahoo.com

Prozac effects the brains serotonin neurotransmitters, where as Cocaine effects the brains dopamine neurotransmitters, so it may not be too bad a combination. Best to ask a doctor though to be sure.

I assume you are taking 20mg a day, I started out at 10mg a day and had very little side effects. After more than a month I have moved up to 15mg and again very little side effects. Call you Dr. and ask if you can bump your dosage down so your body can get used to it at a lower dose. I have been on it for over a month(at a low dose) and I feel like it has lessened my anxiety(not totally) and made me more motivated.

Do you have a death wish?
Stop disrespecting your body and mind with cocaine. If you need prozac, so be it, but limit your intake according to your doctor's advice.

The selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) fluoxetine enhances some of the behavioural effects of cocaine, including locomotor stimulation. The selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) fluoxetine enhances some of the behavioural effects of cocaine, including locomotor stimulation. I think it could potentiate its dangerous effects and potentially lead to death.
