There is no such thing as meat without ANY fat. You can get very LOW fat meat.
Chicken fat is mostly in the skin and/or between the skin and the meat. Just peel off the skin and remove any fatty substance, and you have 'low fat' chicken.
Same for turkey.
Most grocery stores have 'low fat' ground beef, it's just slightly more expensive.
For the lowest fat and the highest nutritional value, consider rabbit meat. Contact a local feed store and place an ad on their bulletin looking for ready-to-cook rabbits. The USDA website has a lot of info on the benefits of rabbit meat.

There is no such thing as non-fat meats. You can buy redued fat ground turkey and chicken. But all animal meats contain some amount of fat.

If you are looking for healthier foods, with a meat flavor, try Boca or Morning Start vegertairian products (soy based). The chicken patties have 1% fat and taste very much like chicken. The burgers are the same with about 15 of your dailiy need of fat and are pretty good.

You can also try tofu. Let it marinate in beef or chicken broth. It will taste meaty, but contains substanitally less fats.

any quality grocery store with a butcher counter will trim, grind or cut just about anything you ask for. Most stop&shops will do this. Its cheaper to do the trimming yourself, except the grinding, Meat grinders are expensive. You could also try ohmahasteaks.com or one of many online meat sellers.

You won't ever find them non-fat. If they're meat, there's going to be SOME fat. But you can talk to the folks at the meat counter and they can recommend to you the leanest cuts to use can can often trim them for you to get rid of as much fat as possible. Non-fat meat just doesn't exist. If you don't want any fat at all... eat veggies.
