Is there any truth to using emu oil caps for cancer?

I've seen mention of Emu capsules being used as a treatment for cancer. Is anyone using this?Could you share some information please?

Bruce I actually saw your answer to someone and you had mentioned Emu Oil. My husband goes to the doctor tomorrow for blood tests and information on the next attack against his cancer. I'm researching alternative medicine though.

No. There is no truth to using this product for cancer. It's only use is cosmetic. It is not an FDA approved product. There is no scientific evidence that the product benefits a cancer patient.

Emu oil has unfortunately been one of these products that has been hyped instead of being scientifically investigated. American Emu Association hired researchers from the University of Lowell Mass to run tests on the product. Emu oil did demonstrate some anti-inflammatory properties on mice, but has not been tested on humans.

I have researched and have not found anything stating they are used for cancer. They do help boost your immune system but I wouldn't say that is a treatment for cancer. It does have many other uses though, if you check out the link provided.

There are other herbs that I have heard of that can cleanse the body of cancer toxins.

I beg to differ, emu oil kills cancer cells and is safe to take, you be the judge, try it and see the results. What do you have to lose, except your life if you don't try it. Its your choice. I know for a fact that it cures cancer of the blood and also skin cancer, so take the facts and decide for yourself.
