cook the potatoe and mash it up with a little olive oil and spices. Mix the cooked broccoli and cauliflower in, then spread this mix on your whole wheat bread and lay tomato slices in. Yummy!

how about...make a soup with cooked tomatos,broccoli,cauliflower,and carrots, and a potato, and have plain whole wheat toast with it? That sounds good.

you know
the sandwich with the cooked tomatoes sounds kinda good
i would chop the raw veggies and add a little mayo to them
and i would add some garlic to the tomatoes

If you mash the potatoes that might make the other veggies stay in the sandwich better. Tomatoes tend to soak bread.

The first one, and add some havarti, that'll fix it up. I could do with some lettuce on mine too.
