Sure. Tell him he has no business being with a GF to whom he cannot remain faithful! He is just using the GF as someone to fall back upon. He needs to either commit to playing the field or commit to one woman and one woman only.

It is a choice he has to make, and unless he is a sex addict, he needs no help from anyone but his own conscience.

You cannot help your friend, but you can point him in the direction of recovery since it sounds like he has asked you for your help.
