Actually, I do but it depends on the man~how much he means to me. I use to really enjoy giving them to my husband, it really turns me on sometimes! Especially if he is giving me one also~69!!! Why, because I enjoyed giving him pleasure!
As for tips, ask your partner, he will tell you what he likes/dislikes.

I love giving them. I enjoy watching my partner and seeing how much pleasure it gives him.
The best advice I can give as to learning how to do it right, is watch an old Tracy Lords video. She was amazing at it.
Also, try different things. You might not think so, but there are alot of little things you can do with your tongue that drive men nuts.

Yes - nice when it is fresh and clean.
