First of all, stop squeezing them. You may be causing the pus to actually squirt in instead of out----spreading the pimples. I know this is hard. Also, go to a beauty supply store and look for a pimple/blackhead extractor. (Wal-Mart sells a Revlon one for @$5) Using one of these will keep you from squeezing and help you reduce their size. These are GREAT for getting rid of blackheads. You just lightly press on the dome of the blackhead and the core just pops out.---no marks on your face either--- Acne is really an infection in your body that you need to take antibiotics to get rid of. All of the over the counter stuff in the world won't make it go away but, I have found that a soap by Johnson and Johnson called PURPOSE has helped me
at least keep my skin from being too oily. Also, believe it or not,
you really need to moisturize your skin. A buildup of dead skin can clog your pores along with the oil and cause pimples. Neutrogena makes an awesome moisturizer that is great and your skin isn't oily. It is called Oil-Free Moisture with SPF15.
If you wash your face too much you can actually send your oil production into overdrive- making your skin worse. More than anything, please go see a dermatologist. I had horrible acne as a teen and getting on the meds really changed my life.

Actually, the best thing for you to do is to see a dermatologist. Only he can see exactly what is going on with your skin, and either give you medicines or prescriptions to cure it. Keep in mind that acne can leave scars that last a lifetime. Best of luck to you.

When I was 19, I did a prescription drug called Accutane which cleared me up (and dried me up). It worked very well.
Besides that, I would try eating a clean diet of fresh veggies and fruit and drink lots of water. Reduce the amount of toxins in your body and help them get out with water and fiber. It may be toxins coming out of your body through the skin. You can reduce that by drinking more water so they can get out through the urine. Speaking of urine, it may sound gross but you can wash your face with it. It is a great disinfectant and moisturizes your skin. I splashed some in my face a few times in the shower. It works well.

First, don't pick, causes scars.
Secondly, go to your doctor. She can prescribe you medicine. I have been through this for years, trying different medications, gels, creams, pills, et. cetra. Email me if you have any questions. I would not mind helping a person in need, I know how it feels.

that's nice. you know there's no cure, right? and they run acne commercials to make you self conscious, which you aparently are, so you'll buy all those creams and give your money to them. and when it doesn't work, and it won't, you'll continue giving more money to them. they're exploiting your uncurable disease!!! so stop worrying about it!!! unless of course you like giving away your money.
