I think he could easily tell if you were reading his emails. You can tell when an e-mail has been read, and when it hasn't.
Always remember, the truth is always the best, no matter what. It may be uncomfortable at first, but whatever the incident, if you tell the truth and apologize, the trouble will end. If you start lying, you'll have to continue to lie and things will just get worse. If you did nothing wrong, I would just tell him you're sorry he's upset, but you didn't do anything wrong. Then, let him be angry if he chooses to be angry. That's his choice. Your mom and dad know you and they know your brother, they'll be able to tell who is telling the truth.
And, as sombody else said, he should have his own password, that would avoid anyone getting into his email. He's old enough to know better.

first of all, don't be so stressed out. don't worry! these things happen, and it's really not such a big deal (trust me, i know about sibling troubles). So just be calm and honest and try to talk to your brother. to your parents, if it comes to that. but i'd try to leave a note for your brother saying it was a misunderstanding and how ud never do that, bla bla bla. DONT WORRY! it'll be OK!

Your brothere sounds like he hasn't grown up considering he's 15. He acts like an 8 year old. All I can tell you is tell your parents first before he does and tell them something else.

It seems like the evidence is against you. Even though you made a mistake it looks like you did. You will never be able to convince him you did not. So, just apologize, say you wont do it anymore and fix the problem.

the good news is he is your brother and this will pass. Apologize in a letter. Not an email, an actual hand written letter. Explain that it was a mistake and that it won't happen again. Email is personal, it's private. Respect that and this won't happen again.

I would tell them the truth and say 'I even asked what I should do on yahoo I'm so upset by it' he might take time to come around but your parents should believe you. Good luck

Do you share the computer with him?
Well if he don't have a password on his e-mail then shame on him.
Just let it go.

talk to your parents first. call them if you have to.
