Jackson Hewitt problems?

I had a HUGE issue with Jackson Hewitt. They didn't file my injured spouse form and I lost $4,000. I had to go to the IRS myself to get the correct forms! Anyone else have a bad situation and what did you do about it?

Don't go back to JH again! There's not much else you can do.

You could pitch a hissy-fit and see of they'll refund part or all of their fee for screwing up. Good luck with that.
