Buy water bottles. Keep one by your bed, one in the car and quite frankly one in every room of the house. Except the bathroom...you really didn't think i meant EVERY room did you?

I found the best way for me is: 2 glasses when i wake up, 1 glass after each meal/so thats 3, and 2 glasses at night. That's 7, I know. Since i know i get at least 7 glasses of water a day for sure, I fit at least another one any part of my day. 8 glasses is the minimum, but if you are more active add as needed. I also found if you squeeze a slice of lemon or lime in the water, it adds a little healthy flavor too. :) it is doable, good luck
Doing it this way I didn't feel like i was guzzling water nonstop all day. But do remember that if you do drink 8 glasses a day you will be goin to the bathroom more often to empty your bladder, which is healthy and normal.

Just understand this.......everyone is different. Your body MAY NOT require 8 servings of water a day. I usually drink enough until my urine is clear......then I continue to drink water as I feel thirsty. Where I work at, it's normal for us to drink anywhere from 5 to 8 liters of water a day in the summer months....but it's the desert here. Don't drink water until you're bloated, or feel nauseous. If you start vomiting, then you just wasted all that effort in drinking water. Remember, too much water is not good either. Best of luck to you.

Believe it or not, water can actualy give you energy, and make you feel better. I never believed this untill I started to really start drinking lots of it. So once you start, it will probably be easier to remember.
What I do is keep a bottle of water with me at all times. If its with your, you'll be more likely to drink it. Also, when you feel the need to eat a snack, try drinking water first. Alot of times when your truly thirsty, it feels the same as hunger. Another thing you can do is to limit drinking other things, such as soda, before you've had some water.
Getting into the habbit of drinking lots of water can be hard. I used to HATE water. But now, I can't get enough. Once you start to see the benefits, such as increased energy, better health, clearer skin, etc, it will become second nature.
One thing you can try, if the plain taste of water gets to you, try adding some lemon. This works especially if you have to drink tap water. Personally I don't like it. And you have to use a fresh lemon, or you will defeat the health purposes of drinking water.

By drinking water instead of coffee, tea, cocoa and soft drinks.
You don't have to guzzle water all day, but you should sip it throughout the day.
BTW, the same answer is true about 5 - 10 servings of fruit and veggies a day, about getting enough fibre a day, and about getting enough exercise.

I get a bigger water bottle. Mine is 33 ounces that I have at my desk. I fill it up in the morning and just sip on it all day and I refill in the afternoon............and sometimes at the gym. Once you start drinking a lot of water you really don't want anything else. You'll be surprised how easy it is to do.

Easy. When you wake up, pour a glass and drink it with your coffee/breakfast. At lunch, drink a 20 oz. bottle, same at dinner, and drink some in between meals. You'll get used to it. It's really not that much at all.
