No, I'm pretty sure Clorox could harm a cat, catnip will not. One is a chemical, the other is a natural plant.

I know this sounds crazy but we had a cat, we raised it from a baby (2 weeks old) and it would attack you if you had a rag with Clorox on it and he would grab the rag and run, then he would knead on it and suck on the rag. When we asked the vet about this he said not t worry as long as the bleach was diluted it would not hurt Clem (cat's name). He lived to be 14 years old and up until his death he loved his bleach rags. True story.

No, Clorox is a poison that will lead to sickness or death, while catnip just makes you high.

Clorox and any bleach is highly toxic to cats ( and humans). Please do not allow your kitty anywhere near household cleaners becuase he might inadvertently get some on his coat or paws and lick it off - equals poisoned kitty and hundreds or thousands dollars in vet bills or a dead kitty and an immense guilt trip. Think on it.

I have one cat that just goes nuts whenever I clean my counters with a bleach-based cleaner--just like when I give her catnip
