You only get to wear your wedding dress once. I would wear it as much as possible so you feel extra special all day.

Consider getting ballet slippers so you extra comfy.

I didn't... I just bustled my dress for the reception. You only get this one day to wear your wedding dress, enjoy it.

Whats the point of buying an expensive wedding dress if you are only going to wear it to the ceromony and then change. No one really does two dresses unless they are a celebrity who can afford to throw money out the window.

I wore my wedding dress for the reception and then changed to a suit before leaving for my honeymoon.

I didn't, but yes some couples do. They change to evening gowns just becasue they thought it's appropriate. If I had the money I would have done that too, just because my wedding gown at the time was heavy and the pearl shoes was new it hurt so much.

no, not for your wedding reception, but if you leave directly for your honeymoon from the reception centre then you will change out of your wedding gown to a travel outfit.

Nope, I spent far too much on my dress & love it too much to change. I won't be taking my dress off until we get to the hotel the wedding night.

No. You only get one day to wear the BIG GOWN, so why change?
