I wonder what kind of soap you use. Ivory is good. You may be using an oily, perfumed, or deorderant soap which can make your skin overeact.

don't do that, get a good back brush, and use something for skin problems
Phiso derm works good for that sort of thing too

quit eating chocolates you chocolate face... and use proactiv. a friend of mine uses it and he doesnt have pizza face anymore.
