What ever you feel,but i would say the both as you may be 40 and feel 18 doesnt mean your going to dress and act like them does it?
You can still look good no matter how old.

I don't think age matters. It's more how you act and age is only a number. Since I'm asian I look really young. People mistake me for being under the age of 21! I'm 27 years old! However, by talking and interacting with me a person can tell that I am a lot older! So, I'd say neither...it's how you present yourself and your intelligence!
